Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
• Provide project management support
• Track development progress against project timelines
• Develop project status reports
• Create, update, and maintain a Grid Mod training (data) dashboard
• Analyze quantitative data and generate insights
• Maintain instructional designers’ weekly reports
• Assist with Train-the-Trainer (TTT) logistics; book training rooms, send TTT meeting invitations and track attendees; order breakfast and lunch (if applicable)
• Assist with Training Delivery logistics; book training/meeting rooms, send meeting invitations and track attendees; order breakfast and lunch (if applicable)
• Assist with testing training/test region accounts.
• Manage training enrollments in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
• Prepare presentation decks for meetings as requested
• Record meeting minutes as requested and attend ongoing team meetings
• Develop templates as requested by Training Program Lead
• Assist with management/administration of Adobe Connect virtual training sessions
• Compile post-training evaluation results and create reports as needed
Required Skills/Attributes:
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to integrate data sources into MS Access and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to self-manage and understand delegated objectives
• Proactive and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal direction
• Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly
