Job Description
- Ensure a consistent, quality experience for customers and that customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
- Oversee the budget, expenses, receipts, and cash transactions.
- Determine stock needs, maintain optimal inventory levels, and minimize waste and pilfering
- Monitor station expenses and inventory.
- Conduct mini-audits, computer entry, cleaning, maintenance, and customer relations.
- Generate timely operational reports on a daily basis as required through the organization’s ERP.
Educational Qualification & Work Experience
- Must possess an HND or a B.SC in Sales and marketing/Business Administration or any related field.
- Advance computer skills in MS Office tools
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Station/Business manager.
