Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Locations: North-West, North-East, North-Central, South-West, South-East and South-South
Employment Type: Full-time
- Segments assigned market into routes of minimum of 30 outlets/route per six days of the week.
- Assigns one Rep to cover 6 routes in the assigned market
- Checks demands by brands of each outlet and recommend reps daily load out on demand target and company directive.
- Ensures that all outlets are properly registered on mobile app.
- Convenes a daily sales review with sales reps after the day’s reconciliation.
- Prepares studies and analyzes Reps’ report and make necessary recommendations.
- Checks and ensures availability of brands in the 180 outlets covered by reps.
- Monitors load out, sales and reconciliation of Sales Rep daily.
- Spot-checks using recommended outlets visit itinerary.
- Reports quality and drop size of outlets and recommends the addition and deletion of outlets when necessary.
- Motivates sales Reps to go extra mile to achieve a better coverage, distribution, and sales.
- Checks capabilities and skills of new intake (reps) during recruitment.
- Works with fleet officer on sales Reps’ work tools i.e. Motor bike, Box, Uniforms etc.
- Trains Reps and communicate company’s policies to ensure that processes are followed.

- Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc
- Not less than 5 years cognate experience.
- Relevant professional qualification is essential.
- Ability to supervise and ensure compliance.
- Ability to inspire and influence others.

- Able to accurately cascade sales strategies and programs (and/or new Company policies) to subordinates.
