Why become a COVID Support worker?
This is the position for you if you want to play a critical role in our COVID pandemic response You will have attention to detail, be able to speak up when it matters most and enjoy working in a position with varied roles including;
- PPE Spotter will provide support and guidance to staff when donning and doffing PPE to ensure correct technique and PPE compliance amongst other Infection control monitoring
- COVID Marshall will oversee COVID safe practices of the ward/workplace
- Screening Officer welcomes all staff patients, consumers and visitors to The Royal Melbourne Hospital facilitating flow in a safe and coordinated way
