Job Title: Retail Supervisor
Location: Alimosho. Lagos

Responsibilities
- To oversee the operations of PoP outlets within specified areas
- To ensure that financial targets are met and that all aspects of the store are running smoothly at all times
- Recruit, Coach, counsel, discipline and train Sales Consultants in-line with agreed policies, processes and procedures.
- Onboard and monitor the integration of new Sales Consultant
- Develop Marketing/ Customer Acquisition Strategy for new PoPs as well as old ones that are not meeting the target
- Resolve escalated customer complaints, issues and questions timeously.

Educational Qualification and Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- A thorough understanding of Alimosho LGA.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary
N80,000 / Month plus performance incentives.
