Job Title: Research Analyst
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor offerings in the QSR industry.
Analyze market data, consumer surveys, and industry reports to gather insights and identify opportunities for new menu development and product improvements.
Monitor and track industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging concepts relevant to the QSR industry.
Provide regular reports and presentations on market research findings to inform decision-making processes and menu planning.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and messaging strategies.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Provide research and analysis to support the development of menus for new outlets, considering local market preferences and demographics.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of new menu items across outlets.
Conduct post-launch evaluations of new menu items to assess their performance and make recommendations for adjustments.
Research and identify new locations for business expansion

Qualifications

A minimum of second-class upper in Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / related fields
1 – 3 years of experience in the advertised role
Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
Sound inquisitive and analytical mind.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A good team player.
Willingness to learn.
Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Report preparation.
