Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

  • We are hiring passionate and experienced Regional Sales Manager(RSM) to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of ASMs.


  • Devise and implement strategies and activities that would enhance sales in assigned regions.
  • Market analysis and sales strategy building aimed at market development.
  • Develop trade marketing activities to improve sales, coverage, visibility and launch within the assigned region.
  • Periodic performance review versus assigned target.
  • Regular review of all trade assets performance in line with expected ROI.
  • Implementing regional sales programs by developing field action plans.
  • To provide timely weekly/monthly sales reports & forecasts for the assigned regions.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc with 8 years’ sales experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
  • Territory management skills (customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning, NND, market analysis).
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management.
  • Team building and management skills.
  • Must possess good analytical and computing skills.
  • Proficiency in Information tracking, Sales analytics and power point presentation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
