Job Title: Project Officer

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Project Officer to join our team and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Project Officer responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.

Roles and Requirements

  • The candidate must possess a Degree (HND or in Building Technology or Civil Engineering).
  • The candidate must have minimum of 3-5 years of post-NYSC experience.

  • The candidate must be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Autocad, etc.
  • The candidate must possess sound communication and documentation skills.
  • The candidate must have knowledge of construction and site execution procedures for building projects as well as building maintenance skills.
  • The candidate should not be older than 32years of age.
  • The candidate should be a resident of Abuja and he/she should be willing to travel outside Abuja for job/official related purposes.
  • The candidate must be able to make sure projects run smoothly by supporting the project manager in managing a project.
  • The candidate must be able to maintain project documentation, such as plans and reports; assign tasks and control schedules and communicate the project’s progress to the project manager, project head, and of course the project team members.
  • He/she should also possess time management and organizational skills.
  • The candidate should be able to assist with property checks and acquisition tasks.
