Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s itineraries
- Attend meetings with the MD or on behalf of the MD, take minutes, develop it and distribute accordingly
- Coordinate and manage the office of the MD
- Act as point of contact for the organization
- Attend and manage information flow in a timely and organized manner
- Arrange for all executive travels, accommodations and movement
- Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
- Attend to visitors on behalf of the MD
- Any other assignment that might be given by the management.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must be computer literate, have knowledge of google calendar,
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree or HND holder from a reputable University
