Tasks and Responsibilities
- Adequate account opening.
- Effective mobilization of deposit.
- Excellent writing report skill and presentation.
- Ability to generate new clients.
- Effective conviction to customers to use our ATM cards and download our App.
- Bring in savers customers.
Requirement and Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree qualification in any field.
- 0- 2 years’ experience.
- Proven experience as a marketer in a microfinance firm.
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
- Energetic and a self – motivated person who can withstand pressure and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communications and people skills.
- Adequate persuading skill.
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
- Must reside around Ajah, Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki, axis.
