Job Title: Logistics Driver
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for a reliable logistics driver to transport goods and products on behalf of our company.
- The ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- The logistics driver will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

Job Responsibilities
- As a logistics driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to and from different locations.
- You will be required to plan and coordinate delivery routes, load and unload goods, and ensure that all items are properly secured during transportation.
- You will also be responsible for inspecting your vehicle before and after each trip, reporting any defects or issues to the company’s maintenance team.
- Other duties of a logistics driver include maintaining accurate records of all deliveries and pickups, keeping track of fuel and maintenance expenses, and communicating with dispatchers and customers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- You may also be required to handle paperwork and invoices related to deliveries and pickups.
- To be successful in this role, you must have excellent driving skills and a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
- You must also have strong communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects may also be required.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent driving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
