Role Summary

  • We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

The everyday responsibilities for this job include:

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Providing HR support to the team
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel and clients’ activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinating clients HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and taking minutes
  • Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Properly handling complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees

Requirements & Skill

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1 year work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
