Job Summary
- The HR operations manager is required to perform various administrative tasks which influences a company’s culture and the staff performance.The ideal candidate would be in charge of assisting particular organizational functions, collaborating closely with management.
Responsibilities
- Design, establish, and maintain the organization’s hiring procedure, which includes its description, hiring definitions, periodic measuring definitions, and taking appropriate action to fill gaps.
- Creates the selection matrix for selecting the best recruitment source and channel.
- Investigates industry best practices for hiring and staffing, then applies the most applicable ones to the organization.
- Continuously monitors and lowers the cost of the hiring process
- Carries out interviewing for executive posts (or key jobs in the organization
- Observes the labor laws and makes the necessary adjustments to maintain compliance
- Conducting organizational research, reviews, and work measures to identify workloads and provide guidance on the ideal staffing level requirements
- Collaborating with line managers to create forecasts of the number of people needed.
Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc in Human Resources or other related fields
- Minimum second class lower
- B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Negotiations, B2B Marketing
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in related Industry
- Must have Professional certifications (cipm)
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Salary
N300,000 monthly.
