Job Title: HR / Legal Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Your key Responsibilities Include
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.
- Liaise with external regulators and advisers when need arises.
- Ensuring policies are kept current, approved and that company members are aware of their implications.
- Dealing with company/staff policies.
- Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers.
- HR administration.
- Maintaining current awareness about company law.
- Keeping a register of staffs and liaising with them on for and on behalf of the company.
- Oversee policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.

Requirements and Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus
- Familiarity with Employment and Labour Law regulations
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Background in Law
