Job Description
- Managing bookings and reservations in the short-let apartments.
- Attending to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Sourcing potential clients and partners.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and continuous business.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service according to company operating procedures.

Requirements
