Full Job Description

Our Digital & Technology organization sits at the heart of CBRE. As part of our team, you’ll be able to learn from the most brilliant engineers, designers, and product managers while solving tough problems that will drive our technology forward.

What you’ll do

  • Provide end-user support for certain software applications and hardware issues.
  • Understand and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Create and terminate new users.
  • Build and update user security access.
  • Write routine reports and memos.
  • Monitor servers and users to ensure that the systems are operational.
  • Advise Digital & Technology Services of any operational problems.
  • Conduct system maintenance on network.
  • Review software literature for any software updates and upgrades.
  • Partner with other team members as needed to complete task.
Supervisory responsibilities
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

What you’ll need:

  • High School diploma or GED. Basic analytical skills. 
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to work autonomously, follow up, and meet time targets. Intuitive problem-solving skills. Flexibility to a highly-changing environment. 
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
