Seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to support a Senior Vice President in the Seattle, WA area.
You will:
- Provide organization support including maintaining or accessing information from Teams sites, presentation development (PowerPoint), database management (Excel), limited project management.
- Various tasks, projects, or business support as needed.
- Navigating through urgent business needs, prioritizing and communicating appropriately to resolve or escalate.
- Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities.
- Meeting support with note taking, running online presentation, and logistics.
- Participation in various committees to support enterprise activities, volunteer events, and employee engagement functions.
- Preparation of executive presentations and status reporting.
- Engagement with various levels of the organization in a manner that appropriately represents the organization.
- Calendar Management and event meeting planning and coordination of high priority and confidential meetings involving the CVS executive leadership team.
To be successful, you will utilize your excellent verbal and written communication skills, your detail-oriented and good time management skills, as well as your ability to prioritize work. You ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment will also be critical to your success.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 21.01
Maximum: 48.08
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years supporting executives on a leadership team or equivalent admin experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years supporting executives on a leadership team.
- Experience with large multi-dimensional corporations.
