Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and compelling content, such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and landing pages.
- Optimize website content and user experience (UX) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media metrics.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, segmenting target audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and generate reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of website development and design principles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
