Job Brief
- We seek a highly driven, ethical, and organized commercial executive to join our growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, Manage, and oversee social media content, and measure the success of social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with multiple teams within the company
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Requirements
- Relevant First Degree required, cognate experience in digital marketing preferred.
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills, Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Blogging
- Team player, good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google
