Job Description
- We seek a highly motivated individual to join our customer support team as an intern.
- The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced customer support representatives to provide excellent service to our customers.
- This internship is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in customer support while developing your communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Providing customers with product and service information.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
- Contributing to the development of support materials such as FAQs and knowledge-base articles
- Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Google Docs or equivalent software.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
