Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
- Taking orders on behalf of the company via phone calls and online chats
- Creating invoices on our system
- Following up with Logistics team to ensure cakes are delivered timely.
- Following up with customers’ cake deliveries
- Attending to customers’ queries.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND qualification
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Very fluent in English
- Basic use of computers
- Must be able to type fast via computer and mobile devices
- Have basic knowledge of apps like Whatsapp and Instagram.
