Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Job Description
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Direct customers to online resources
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
- Create and maintain reports about customer interaction
- Develop a rapport with customers
- Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification only with at least 1 year work experience.
Salary
N25,000 / Month.
