Harborstone Credit Union Remote Job


Job Title: Cash Management Officer
Salary: $28.61 an hour
Location: Work From Home


Job Overview:

This Cash Management Officer role will primarily be responsible for coordinating and directing cash management sales activities to include development of new cash/treasury management business and expansion of existing business relationships. Coordinate business referrals by responding to members and transferring the referral to the correct vendor or team, while providing continuous updates to the referring team member. Requires assistance in the analysis and evaluation of potential solutions through cost benefit analysis. Works with the Business Lender or Business Money Management Coach to assess the risks associated with potential solutions. Ensures that other team members are informed of member’s needs and of the solutions to meet those needs. Assists in pricing and negotiation of cash management products to optimize relationship profitability. Assists in cash management review with client and presentation of cash management components. Assists in set up and training for Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Card Processing and Payroll. Ensures new business development activity is directed to the appropriate team to maintain business partner relationships. Cross-trains to have foundational knowledge of other Cash Management Officer’s areas of emphasis to ensure back up support is always present in Cash Management.

Responsibilities:

Actively partners with our Cash Management Card Processing and Payroll partner. Strategizes with the MX Business MMC Team and Business Lending Team regarding referral and sales efforts that will contribute to the growth goal of the Cash Management team. Participates actively in community events to help build brand recognition as well as build centers of influence by establishing relationships with key community influencers and local business leaders; sharing Harborstone’s mission and purpose in the community while building a strong reputation as a trusted financial services partner. Other duties as assigned.

  • Has business and financial industry acumen required to make appropriate decisions for the benefit of the member and the cooperative.
  • Actively builds knowledge of business owners’ financial needs, including economic trends and consumer/business behaviors.
  • Proactive time management to ensure high production and successful results are achieved; ability to manage calendar to ensure proactive outreach activities are consistent and routine.
  • Effectively tracks activities, results, and outcomes.
  • Seeks opportunity for cross-selling other credit union products and services as appropriate.
  • Keeps up to date on economic market conditions both locally and nationally to best support the financial success of our members.
  • Is bondable.

Compensation:
Minimum $28.61 to Maximum $40.87
For those applicants who meet our desired qualifications $30.65 – $32.69 would be a anticipated hiring range
