Full Job Description

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will organize, coach, and develop a team of up to 25 Call Center Associates. You will be responsible for assessing their work and providing feedback to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and training call center representatives to respond to customer questions, complaints and troubleshooting problems
• Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards and policies
• Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities and taking corrective action, if necessary
• Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals
• Working with other supervisors and management team to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Have Call Center Supervisory experience
• Display proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point)
• Have knowledge of computers, software applications, and phone systems to coach, develop, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance
• Possess problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
• Show verbal and written communication skills

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000-$45,500.
