Job Description
- We are currently seeking to employ a Branch Sales Advisor to support the team with operational aspects of Renmoney locations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Use market and sales information to identify new locations for necessary branch network expansion
- Grooming exceptional branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Owning and ensuring that the sales expectations of the branch sales team is met or exceeded
- Coordinate the processing of all sales applications in line with policy expectations
- Ensure the branch sales team provides a high standard of client service by displaying friendly, responsive, courteous and effective communication to all customer enquiries and loan applications.
Requirements
Required:
- University Degree or equivalent standard
- 2+ years of experience in sales related field
- Experience with customer service relationship.
