- Assist the Head of Administration to increase revenue potentials in bringing in new job
- Word Processing, Copy Typing and Letter Writing
- Dealing with Telephone and E-mails Enquiries
- Using a variety of Software Packages; Such as Microsoft word, Outlook, Power-Point, Excel
- Devising and Maintaining Office System
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Handle all office matters including manpower planning, recruitment, learning & development, compensation, performance management and employee welfare

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong sense of confidentiality
