Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Track and record all payment and revenue with identification of purpose.
- Monthly bank account reconciliation
- Spare Parts Allocation and Follow Up.
- Local Purchases for Carton reporting to production team.
- Following up with Purchase Department regarding Purchase prices and new purchases.
- Local Suppliers and Cash Box filing, to keep everything recorded and intact in our books when needed.
- Checking and reporting new stock items from local suppliers with their allocations.
- Store Receipt audit and checking on the storekeeper regarding spareparts orders newly received.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Sisters company reconciliations.
- Local Suppliers reconciliations
- Calculation of Suppliers Withholding Tax and remittance
- Monthly VAT Nil return filling
- Prepare Memo and initiate Payment
- Maintaining Receivables and Payables Ledger;
- Provide evidence of payments to Suppliers/Contractors
- Preparing weekly bank reconciliation statement, customer account reconciliation and report

Job Requirements
