Job Title: Account Manager (Collections)

Purpose Statement
- We are looking for an Account Manager [Collections] to assist with educating clients about their repayment terms and conditions.
- The Account Manager will contact clients in ensuring their repayment issues are resolved and have full insight into their repayment schedule
Responsibilities
- Educating customers about the repayment terms and conditions before the due date.
- Resolving repayment issues before the due date
- Answering customers’ questions about the products.
- Reaching out to customers after purchase to ask for feedback.
- Ensuring that customers have a full insight of the repayment schedule before due dates.
- Other tasks assigned by the team lead

Preferred Qualifications
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Relevant training & certifications.
- 1-2 years previous experience working as an Account Manager.
Preferred Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of office and accounting software.
- Patience and resilience.
